5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products (edible oils and non-edible Deepam oils), we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

• In case of a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

• Once approved, we will process a replacement or refund at our discretion.
